Why TacPlan?
TacPlan addresses the concrete problems and needs its creator ran into while taking part in MilSim events in France, as well as while helping organize them. The structure of the application — events, teams, missions and planning phases (briefing, CONOPS, mission prep, execution, debriefing) — derives directly from that field experience.
The application is free to use, as long as that use is not intended to make money (non-commercial license).
